Happy Holidays Open House Day 9

Hello there!!!  I hope you had a wonderful weekend and was able to cross off a few things on your to-do list.  I am so happy to tell you that we finally finished putting up our outdoor Christmas decorations thanks to the beautiful weather we had on Sunday.  It was gorgeous!!!

I have some cookies and egg nog for you today so grab a plate and a cup and let's get started on today's room.

This tree is decorated in glass blown ornaments, ornaments from when I was a little girl, and Fleur de leis from Hobby Lobby.  I have to tell you I never came across my topper.  It is a really cute Jester....he's missing so if he shows up at your place please send him home!  My only guess is he was packed at the last minute (you know those decorations you completely miss when you make your final walk through and it was right there in front of you moments!).  Surely you've had one of those moments, right?  I am sure I will find him tucked away after Christmas.

I love this Merry Christmas canvas from Hobby Lobby.

A sweet friend of mine, Patty, gave me this Snowman pillow years ago.  Isn't he cute?

The Santa hat pillow is from Zulily.   Most of the art work that was moved from other rooms is hanging in here explains the heavy pieces all in one room.

This Santa is so old every year I consider throwing him out.  I love these little toy block elves, Joy and Noel.  Aren't they adorable?  Someone I worked with years ago made these to sell and I couldn't resist them.  I have them set up for their choir performance.  :)  No, I am not crazy!

I purchased these Santa prints so long ago and put them in frames.

I hope you enjoyed the decorations and feel inspired to add some to your home.  It really doesn't have to be something huge.  Little touches really go a long way.

Don't forget to take some time for yourself today.  You are special, too.

Take care and see you tomorrow for Day 10!
