Last Friday I went along with the grandkids to the library for Harry Potter's Birthday Party. In case you didn't know, his birthday is July 31st. Don't feel bad, I didn't know either!
I love how they painted bricks on a sheet for gaining entry into the Platform Nine and Three-Quarters.
There were lots of snacks for the kids. Aren't these owls adorable?
Check out the broomsticks!
They did a great job creating Lord Voldemort's pet snake, Nagini.
And of course, a Harry Potter party would not be complete without Butterbeer!!!
They printed the various crests for decor above the food table.
There was a painting station for "dressing up" their wands.
Little brother was quite happy with his balloon.
I think this is the cutest wizard ever!
Somehow or another I ended up with Olaf. He is the cutest thing....until you have heard him talk for the 100th time!!! By the end of the day, I was ready to put Olaf to bed. :)
They had ties to be colored...however, Mr. W insisted on making his own creation on the backside of his paper. :)

There was a "potion room" where the kids could choose different ingredients to come up with their own secret potion. There was seaweed, AlkaSeltzer, and a couple more ingredients to make the various potions.
Ms. A and Mr. L waiting for something to happen.....
A fun time was had by all!
Take care,
