My Sweet Orlando

Our family loves Orlando, FL.  If we had our way (at least the girls and I) we would go to Walt Disney World and Universal Studios Orlando every single year.  #loveorlando  #lovedisneyworld  #loveuniversalstudios

My heart is breaking for all of the lovely people there.

Christina Grimmie, the 22 year old singer who made her debut on Adam Levin's team on The Voice on season six, was signing autographs late this past Friday after a show at The Plaza Live theater in Orlando.    A man approached her and opened fire on her.  She died at the hospital.  My heart goes out to her family and friends and those that witnessed such a horrible act of hatred.

As you all know the story of the shooting at The Pulse nightclub inside the Orlando dance club.  I can't begin to understand the hatred one has to shoot and kill so many people and injure so many more.  My heart goes out to their family and friends.  I am so sorry for what you are going through.  Please know that we are praying for you.

The most recent tragedy took place on Tuesday night at the Grand Floridian Hotel in Walt Disney World.  A family of five from Nebraska were relaxing on the shoreline of the Seven Seas Lagoon when an alligator attacked a two year old little boy and dragged him into the water.  The father tried to pry the boy from the gator but was unsuccessful.  They are searching diligently to find this precious child.  I pray that there is a miracle and this little boy is alive and found soon.
