Last Saturday afternoon we kept Ms. A and Mr. W while Sweet P went to her gymnastics banquet. We grilled sliders, turkey patties, sausage and ate outside on the patio. It was really nice. The temperature of the water was perfect.
We watched "It Takes Two" and made s'mores.
Mr. W patiently waiting to eat his s'more.
I had more lanterns to put out. I just forgot to get them before we set up the screen. :)
We really enjoy watching movies while floating in the pool.
I hadn't seen this movie in a really long time. It was super cute.
Here's what it looked like after we put everything up and picked up all of the floats.
We had a really good time and are looking forward to the next time!
Hope you are having a good day,
xoxoxo
Looks like fun. What projector do you use? And do you find the sound is pretty good? We live next to a pond with a fountain that doesn't turn off till after 10 so I need rather loud sound for it to work in our pool. Thanks
ReplyDeleteHello Sue! We use an Epson VS230. The volume on the projector only goes up to 10 which is not as loud as we liked it to. It's doable if everyone is quiet which is hard to do when you are in the pool. I contacted Epson and they told me we can connect a DVD player to the projector and connect an external speaker to the DVD player to get louder sound. We have a JBL speaker that works really well and plays very loud. We've used it before with an older projector. Let me know if you have any questions. Thank you for stopping by!
