Welcome to our Holiday Home Tour. Today I am taking you into our master bedroom and bath. It's a little chilly out today so I've got a mug of hot chocolate waiting for you in the kitchen.
I have no intention of offending anyone with this O.C.D. "Obsessive Christmas Disorder" ornament on our bedroom door. I, myself, have OCD tendencies. Please do not take this wrong.
Our ornament has lights inside that flash on and off.
Here's a view from the family room.
I love this tree. I wanted so badly to have a cheetah tree so I decided to put one in our bedroom. We've had it for a couple of years now.
Can you find the hidden Mickey? :)
The ornaments on this tree came from the Christmas store in Arlington, TX and Hobby Lobby.
My MIL painted this Santa masterpiece many, many years ago. We rescued it from her closet and had it framed for display. Didn't she do a great job?
This half moon Santa used to light up many years ago.
I had to get the coordinating stockings to match the tree skirt. They were a Hobby Lobby find.
I chose to skip the lights on the garland above the armoire simply because we always forgot to turn them on last year.
Welcome to our master bath.
This year we have two trees in here. The first is our Patience Brewster tree with the whimsical ornaments.
This little trinket Santa came from the Dollar Store so long ago.
This is our first year to have the Noah's Ark tree. I bought it for Ms. A, before she was born, 11 years ago. Her mom was no longer displaying it so she gave it back to me. I was thrilled to place it on the side of our tub.
The candle in the lantern is fake and is set on a timer. It comes on around 6 p.m. every evening. Surprisingly, it puts off a lot of light.
These angels are from the first tree the hubs and I ever decorated as a theme tree. We were so proud of ourselves...the girls on the other hand were not happy with us at all. :) Brooke wanted her old tree back.
I love our "his and her" Santa towels.
This Christmas tree was made three years ago...right before the hubs and I left for Disney World to celebrate our 25th anniversary.
Thank you for stopping by. I really enjoyed your company.
Stop by tomorrow, if you get a chance. I'll have a bowl of hot gumbo waiting for you!
Take care,
xoxoxo
You have such beautiful ornaments and decorations all around your home. My favorite one has to be the hand made sign of the tree with the hands. Merry Christmas.
