Ms. A Playing Flag Football

We had a very busy weekend.  Saturday morning started off with Ms. A having two Flag Football games.  The first one was at 9 a.m. and the second was at 11 a.m.  Lucky for us the weather was gorgeous.

Ms. A has played soccer for about six years now and is very good at it.  However, she loves football.  During football season she can be found keeping stats of most pro games.  Her favorite player, without question, is JJ Watt of the Houston Texans.

This year she convinced her parents to let her play flag football.  Let me just say that I am so proud of Ms. A.  She is comfortable playing on an all boys team.  Her coach and teammates treat her with the utmost respect.  At any time, you can hear the parents and players rooting for her.  I think it's pretty awesome.

She loves wearing the mouth guard!

Little brother cheers on from the sidelines wearing mom's sunglasses.

The sun was so hot we all watched the second game from the shade of the nearby dugout.

Isn't she adorable?

Mr. W entertained himself by pushing his stroller.  Do you see his sister in the background, waiting to play?

How cute is this?

We had a great time even though there were no wins to record.  I don't have any photos of Uncle Brad being there....but I want to give him a "shout out".  He is such a good uncle.  He was there supporting his niece while Nonnie was getting ready for his sister's wedding.  Go Uncle Brad!!!

I'll have more pics from the rest of the weekend tomorrow.

Hope you are having a great day!

Take care,

Debbie
